Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GarageGone services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

GarageGone provides garage cleanout services including:

  • Removal of unwanted items you designate ("point and take")
  • Junk removal and hauling
  • Responsible donation, recycling, and disposal
  • Basic sweeping after removal

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Standard garage cleanout service is $499 flat rate for typical 2-car garages with household clutter
  • Custom quotes required for: hoarder-level conditions (floor-to-ceiling piles, no walking paths), extremely heavy items (pianos, safes, commercial equipment), hazardous materials, or locations with difficult access (stairs, long carries, no parking)
  • We do not take hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, fuel, solvents), pressurized tanks, biohazards, firearms, or items requiring special disposal permits
  • Payment is due to reserve your appointment slot after we confirm availability
  • We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
  • Quotes are based on customer-provided photos and described conditions. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ materially on site

4. Service Area

We provide services in Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding areas within 25 miles. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information and service address
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
  • Before service begins, clearly identify what stays. We remove the rest and handle donation/recycling/disposal
  • Ensure safe access to the garage area
  • Remove valuable or sentimental items before service

6. Items We Cannot Remove

  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos)
  • Medical waste
  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Items requiring special permits for disposal
  • Extremely heavy items requiring special equipment

7. Photo Screening, Accuracy & Right to Refuse

  • Customer agrees to provide recent, accurate photos of the garage and disclose heavy, hazardous, or unusual items and access constraints (stairs, long carries, no parking).
  • We may refuse service or re-quote if the on-site conditions differ materially from the photos/descriptions (including hoarder-level conditions, hazardous materials, extremely heavy items, or restricted access).
  • If a re-quote is declined by the customer, the appointment may be cancelled. Any pre-paid amounts will be refunded per our cancellation policy.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for items mistakenly disposed of due to unclear or incomplete instructions. Please separate or clearly mark any items you wish to keep.
  • Customer is responsible for identifying valuable or sentimental items before service begins.
  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue as permitted by applicable law.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Nevada state law.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
